Our rates vary depending on the season and length of stay. The minimum stay is 5 nights during the low season and 7 nights during the high season. For extended stays and returning guests, we are happy to offer a discount, please contact us for a personalised offer.
01 Minimum Stay
A deposit is due upon confirmation of the reservation. The deposit amounts to 30% and must be paid to our account within 7 days. Upon receipt of the deposit, the reservation becomes a confirmed booking. The remaining balance must be paid 5 weeks before arrival.
02 Payment
A one-time fee of €130 includes:

03 Service Fee
For fincas, the tax during the summer season (May 1 to October 31) is €2,20 per day for all guests aged 16 and older.
During the winter months (November 1 to April 30), the tax is €1,10 per person (aged 16 and older) per day.
04 Ecotasa
Due to the high quality of the property, a security deposit of €300 is required. This can be paid in cash upon arrival or must be credited to our account no later than the day of arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, provided the property has been returned in proper condition.
05 Security Deposit
Cancellations of bookings are only valid if received in writing.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover these risks for the tenant and/or their fellow travelers.
